Nothing hidden. Every step, explained.

01

Tell us where, what, and when.

You call or book online. We ask three things: your location, the type of document, and how many signers. No forms to fax, no office to visit. Within 15 minutes, you have a confirmed appointment with a named notary — not a dispatch queue.

"I called at 6:45 PM on a Tuesday. By 8 PM the paperwork was done and my mom's power of attorney was signed at her bedside."

Margaret T., Cedar Park — Power of Attorney

We confirm via text and email. You'll know who's coming and exactly when.

Three things. That's it.

Gather your documents — but do not sign them yet. The notary must witness every signature to make the notarization valid. Bring a government-issued photo ID: driver's license, passport, or state ID. For loan signings, your lender may request two forms of ID and specific documents returned with the package.

"She emailed me a prep checklist the night before. I had everything ready when she arrived. The whole signing took 22 minutes."

Derek & Priya Nair, South Austin — Loan Signing, Home Purchase

Do not sign anything before the notary arrives. Pre-signed documents cannot be notarized.

Things you need to prepare

03

The notary arrives. Everything gets handled.

We come to you — kitchen table, hospital room, conference room, or curbside. Identity is verified from your photo ID. Each signature is witnessed in person. The official seal is applied and every act is recorded in a numbered notary journal. You receive a receipt separating notary fees from travel fees.

"I've used Seal four times for closings. They're professional, unhurried, and my clients always comment on how calm the process feels."

Sandra Okonkwo, Real Estate Paralegal — Westlake Hills

You receive a written receipt. Notary fees and travel fees are always listed separately.
